Strengths: Easy replacement for anyone. Clear, great tasting water and ice again in minutes.

Weakness: Some difficulty pulling old filter out initially. Not much surface area to pull on.

Weakness: Price/availability

Thfe filter unit is nicely designed for easse of changing. But ease of changing implies frequency, and having to order an expensive unit for home delivery jacks up the price...recommended change interval every six months! That makes for expensive ice cubes! Also, the filter unit should have a manual bypass capability - and an element replacement capability. The design forces repeat purchases,...

expensive water

Strengths: easy to change

Weakness: price

does a great job but is costly. I let mine run for 1 year not the 6 months as suggested. The water still tastes good after that and my water is very hard and tastes bad from the tap.

Basically you push the tab on the refrigerator - next to the filer and out pops the old filter. the water tastes really good and the ice cubes are free of any chlorine smell. the only setback to this filter is its price - it tends to be on the high side. A Great Water Filter

Strengths: Great tasting waster. Very easy to install,

Weakness: Wished the filter would last longer before needing to replace. Somewhat expensive.

I purchased a new Frigidaire refrigerator about four years ago when I moved into my newly built home. I have been very pleased with the appliance and the filtered water.
