Hoover has upgraded its Steam Vac line with the addition of a Clean Surge feature, aimed at answering the consumer?s cry for a deep cleaner that tackles spots and heavily soiled areas without having to come back later with sprays or other techniques. The Clean Surge feature dispenses 50 percent more cleaning solution when activated with the fingertip control, then uses the unit?s five SpinScrub brushes to deep clean tough stains. The spinning brushes can also be turned off for safe operation on hard floors, providing added versatility. The brushes can be removed easily for cleaning when the need arises. When attached to the 8-foot stretch hose, a powered hand tool with two SpinScrub brushes is a great accessory for deep cleaning on stairs, upholstery, or hard-to-reach areas. This upgraded Steam Vac also incorporates heated cleaning and has two separate tanks for clean solution and dirty-water collection. Other amenities include beltless operation, a lengthy power cord, and an 11-inch cleaning path.
