Weaknesses:  The metal area beneath and around the handle on the outside of the toaster gets extremely hot. relatively expensive
Review:  We found we love this convection oven. It is well made and does everything well. We are just two people, and find that the toaster oven makes two servings of baked fish, chicken, pork chops or steak perfectly. I also bake 6 muffins, biscuits, cookies or a small cake, custard or pizza in it - the convection feature makes them brown perfectly. It also makes good toast and perfect English muffins.

Review:  Much better, this newer Cuisinart toaster oven has stainless steel surrounding the control panel. Previous models were plastic and always cracking. The unit is bigger inside with the look of a mini-pizza oven, hence a pizza button has been added. Door handle is also now stainless and longer, replacing the smaller plastic handle but the glass door has a lighter feel to it. I like the new look even...

The slots are 1.5" wide and it has an extra-lift carriage lever to help you remove items. This toaster seems pretty substantial, and the controls operate smoothly. The glossy exterior is easy to clean.

Strengths:  Looks good, smaller than most
Weaknesses:  Sometimes uneven cooking
Review:  Toaster looks great. As other toasters are just huge these days, this has the smallest footprint on your counter. It sometimes heats unevenly. But, I do recall that ever toaster I bought I have to get used to the right settings.

Review:  This toaster has a nice number of features and does its job well. You should be careful though, when first using it to watch your toast until you know how dark you want it to be. The dials on the front that are for adjusting the darkness level don’t seem to do very much, so the toast is either light or burnt.

Review:  Purchased from Bed, Bath & Beyond; attempted to work with Cuisinart customer service to resolve for nearly four weeks before deciding to return to the store. BBB confirmed that they would take the return and replace it with a new one. Cuisinart customer service could have told us that right from the start but phone calls & e-mails to them brought very slow response.
