DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG!
Weakness: Warrenty, Ice maker.
We purchased this fridge new from Lowes in July of 2011 and have been trying to get the ice maker fixed since November of 2011. Its been almost 8 months and the repare man has shown up 1 out of 5 times scheduled. 5 days off work to have him not show up 4 of them is unacceptable. problems with Samsung RF267ABRS French door refrigerator
Strengths: style
Weakness: poor ice maker, freezer not working after 2 years
'A small spring on the icemaker's flap that keeps cold air in broke. Bought replacement part but cannot access because touchscreen panel cannot be removed except by repairman. Cheaper to buy ice and store in freezer. Freezer section now does not work. Bought new 2 years ago. Very expensive refrigerator that is of very poor quality. I would not reccommend buying another Samsung.
