Poor door design (as in ignorant)

Strengths: Other than the one problem, we really like it

Weakness: "Flap" between doors

We are on our 2nd Samsung 4-door refrigerator. In the 1st one, the movable "flap" that seals the joint between the top 2 doors was not tall enough to hit the little plastic guide that would force it to swing into the proper position to seal the open space between the two top doors. A repairman sent said he would order the flap and guide, even though they cannot be adjusted up or down....

We are on our 2nd Samsung 4-door refrigerator. A repairman sent said he would order the flap and guide, even though they cannot be adjusted up or down. So unless a different design, I knew new parts would not fix the problem. Samsung later called saying parts on back order, but they will replace the entire refrigerator. And they did, and I needed to remove and reinstall 3 house doors from their hinges for the 2nd time to get the big thing in the kitchen. Same exact problem. So I ended up putting a piece of cardboard under the guide (again) and now it works as it is supposed too. For a great refrigerator/freezer, this is nothing less than stupid. The flap should be adjustible as anyone can plainly see.

Love the external drawer

I absolutely love this fridge. The external drawer is perfect for our needs and the huge freezer. Super happy with it!

Best 25 cuft on the market

4 doors, 25 cuft & only 33" wide. This is a great refrigerator.

Great fridge minus bad door storage

I was restricted to the 33" width or I would have gone for a larger unit with a slim in-door ice system. The interior of the main part of the fridge is actually not all that large and door storage is very bad. I can only fit a fraction of what I used to get into my old fridge's door and the bulky ice maker is to blame. The pull-out drawer is great as I can stock it with healthy snacks for my son...

The fridge and drawers are very well lit which is nice and the freezer drawer is huge and holds a lot of stuff.

I LOVE THIS FRIDGE!

Strengths: ATTRACTIVE, WELL MADE, LOTS OF STORAGE, LOVE THE LIGHTING

Weakness: NONE

We just bought this fridge. I love, love, love it! It is very classy and attractive. Well built, not cheaply made. This lighting is great! Lots of storage. Worth the price! Very pleased with m purchase.
