Noisy broken ice maker

I made a big mistake and bought this LP appliance. I wanted to be good to my wife and have had more headaches from this ever since it was installed. The repair service person does not speak english. Unable to communicate and unable to get it fixed. I was told to run the water to flush the water line for a longer period of time.
