We had this oven installed on December 1st 2008. It lasted 4 weeks before the magnatron and inverter went. We called kitchenaid to get the appliance fixed, who sent a repair technician who diagnosed the problem but couldn't fix it. Kitchenaid then sent ANOTHER technician who then had to re-diagnose the problem. The second technician has been a nightmare since, unable to order correct parts and...

Microwave is terrible. Underpowered and unable to even pop a bag of popcorn properly. After 4 minutes of popping, half the kernels are unpopped and the remaining popped kernels are burnt. Don't waste your money. Purchase a different product!

Considering the $3000+ cost, this oven is poorly put together. We are on our second unit. First one had loose screws everywhere, jerky turntable, condensation between sealed microwave glass panels.
