The JT980 uses special Trivection Technology to combine thermal, convection and microwave energies to produce quality food remarkably fast. This means you'll be Speed baking/Speed broiling by using Trivection technology to cook food up to five times faster than a traditional oven. Of course this unit does use traditional convection baking for multiple racks of food through the combination of a reversing convection fan and a third element surrounding the fan, ensuring even and consistent baking results. The Convection Roast feature provides even cooking and consistent results, roasting meats up to 25% faster than a conventional oven. Another very convenient feature is the Self Cleaning function.
