Very disappointed
Weakness: Does not work as advertised
We have been trying to make friends with this smoker for over a year. Heating element is not adequate.On our 2nd heating element. Will not hold temp even in the summer. Service folks are nice but the unit is junk since now made in China. Unit has caused more tension than it is worth. Looking for something that is consistent that works. Very disappointed after the $ outlay.

not what you bargined for
Strengths: smoke generator
Weakness: low heat output, expensive propriatary fuel, dependability(fuel getting jammed)
The unit will not even get close to the 320 degrees as advertised which means you have to slow cook (very slow as in overnight. You must use bradley's fuel which is about $1.50 an hour or about $10 per smoking, that is if the fuel bisquettes don't get jammed and you end up without any smoke at all.
