Great Product!
This is my second Bradley. I now have a 4 and a 6 rack. Great quality and smokes perfectly. I really like that you can just set your temps, smoke time and cook time then just walk away. If you use a digital thermometer with it you don't even have to open it until you are close to temp. because we all know if you are looking you aren't cooking.

Great features, excellent price!
I did not want to spend a lot of money, but this turned out to be a great value! So easy, and cooks wonderfully. I would recommend this to anyone who likes to smoke food, or even just slow cook at lower temperatures. Food tastes great, we've used it 3 times, great each time!

So Far, So Good
I'm a South Carolinian so BBQ is a religion. Very handy with excellent results
Perfect smoker for me and I'm a rib snob. Anyone can cook fall off the bone ribs if they cook them long enough, but this makes fall off the bone ribs with great flavor and that outer smoke bark that is to die for. Had propane model with wood chips and gave up - too much fuss to keep smoke and consistent temp. Electric temp control and "biscuit" feeder make it great to start at noon, go out and...

Easiest smoker
As easy as baking in an oven but with smoke you want. The digital temperature guide makes life easy as does the smoking timer. Their wood chips makes for a nice clean wood flavor and being able to control it this easy makes life simple. You can set everything for the required time, leave for the day, come back and dinner is ready.
