Description
With a 4/5-cubic-foot capacity, this 800-watt microwave oven provides ample cooking power and a compact size ideal for an individual or couple. Fifteen automatic settings take the guesswork out of cooking by automatically setting cooking times and power levels, while the oven's 10-3/4-inch-diameter turntable provides even heating. Defrost settings quickly defrost meats and poultry by weight, four cooking options ensure perfectly cooked popular foods for one or two servings, and six reheat options make it especially easy to heat frequently served foods including beverages, pizza, rolls, and muffins. In addition, Minute Plus sets the oven at "high" with a single touch, while a popcorn sensor pops microwave popcorn automatically, regardless of package size or brand. For added convenience, the oven comes with an interior light, auto-touch controls, and a four-digit LCD display that is accurate and easy to read.

Strengths: small and compact. good for office.
Weakness: none
Have been using this microwave for a week and love it. It's small and compact, but it has all the functions my old 1500w sharp microwave has. the only thing is you need to be a little patient if you are used to "big" microwave. With this one you need 2 minutes to heat up a cup of milk. Can't complain at all, for the price I paid for.
Strengths: compact, nice looking, work well
Weakness: close and open the door
This is a very nice microwave. I like the look and the different pre-programmed functions. It heats food pretty fast. One improvement is to make the front door open and close more smooth. Overall I recommend it.
Strengths: Price Ease of use
Weakness: Not as many features as high end models
All in all this is a very good deal for the price. Therea are models with more power and more features, but this thing gets the job done, and fits in spaces that bigger models wouldn't. Recommended.
Strengths: Nice styling. Price. Cooks food well and evenly.
Weakness: Would prefer black. Thin Manual. A little under powered. Clock not backlit.
I was in the market for a new Microwave. Some of the buttons on my old one don't work anymore. Plus it was dirty and buying a new one seemed more fun than cleaning it. I didn't want to pay a lot since I don't use it a ton. I ran across this model for $50 with a $10 manufacturer rebate and $10 pricegrabber review rebate which you are now reading. Seemed like a winner. I am only going to reheat...
Strengths: Preset buttons, cooks food well, great price for a name brand item
Weakness: Door pops open very fast and all the way; makes relatively loud noise when the door open and closes. Front plastic screen is thin and cheap, but it gets the job done I guess.
There really isn't much to say about a microwave. It cooks my leftover dinners very well as well as my dinner rolls. This is definitely worth the money, since I got mine for around $50. After a rebate or two, you might be able to get it down it around $30 after rebate, but one would have to look around for them. Screen door is made of wiggly (not hard) plastic, but I guess that is good enough to...
Strengths: small, cute, good for daily use, easy to handle.
Weakness: the design style is a little bit old.And I admmit that it is somewhat underpowered
My last microwave Oven is also Sharp's use it for almost 5 years. Don't have any problem with this brand, highly recommend for all guys who are seeking for a cheap but not crappy oven. Also if you wanna more functional one, maybe you can try some panasonic's.
Strengths: Works well Great Price Size
While this microwave does have a relatively low power output, it is more than enough for an office or a college dorm room (and the price is excellent!). The size is more of a strength than a weakness as it is easy to transport while still able to heat fairly large containers. So far I have no complaints.
Strengths: name brand, price
Weakness: smallish, no lit LED
You can't go wrong with a Sharp microwave so I've heard so I decided to get this for a great deal with rebate. It will only hold one plate or cup at a time (800 cu. ft.) but does the job. The main problem with this is the display is not lit so no luck in seeing it in the dark.
Strengths: *800 watts in a compact unit *low price *well known brand *modern clean look *carousel helps with even cooking *price
Weakness: *keypad not lighted which for me is minor
I had an older larger Sharp that lasted for over 15 troublefree years. I like the 800 watt output in this small unit. I can use my inverter in the car and prepare quick snacks and meals on the road. The unit is small, light, and portable. The carousel helps even the cooking. I also tested it for microwave leakage and it tested fine. It has a sleek modern look with a $10.00 rebate. The price under...
The Sharp R-230KW is a tiny, compact, and lightweight microwave oven. A step-up from the R-220KW and R-209KK models, this unit adds along a variety of short cuts for easily melting, softening, and warming foods. Like its peers, however, it still hosts a plethora of general microwave functions: four cook options, six reheat options, and even a defroster for defrosting meats and poultry. It does,...

Excellent machine.
Strengths: Very nice keypad, very efficient, comparatively quiter.
Weakness: none.
For the price this microwave gives more than anyone on the market. It had a auto 1 minute time set when you press the Start button, instead of you typing 1, 0 , 0 everytime you wanna reheat something for a minute. The keypads are pretty decent and also has a lot of shortcut keys assigned. I am happy with the product and would reccomend it to anyone.
