Strengths: low maintenance, average sized water bottle lasts all night, disperses good amount of mist

Weakness: very small so will only humidify small area of room.

it won't humidify a whole room, but it's a good little humidifier that you can put by your bedside. it's very lightweight thus making it very portable. maintenance is easy. just clean the instead with a napkin, connect a new water bottle, and you're all set. i also recommend using distilled water to prevent white mineral dust that always seems to be a problem with ultrasonics.

Strengths: Works surprisingly well. One bottle lasts a long time. Perfect for travel. Does not make a mess.

Weakness: Not for huge rooms. Could be knocked over.

On multiple occasions when traveling we have had to buy a humidifier. The ones we already had were too big or fragile (the water reservoirs) to easily take with us. On multiple occasions when traveling we have had to buy a humidifier. The ones we already had were too big or fragile (the water reservoirs) to easily take with us. Additionally, they tended to spray water out onto furniture etc...that's why I thought I'd give this very compact and not fragile (uses standard drinking water bottles available anywhere) a try.
We were skeptical due to the size of this humidifier, but when we used it in our daughters room when she got a cold, and were shocked how well it worked for us.
At first, we thought it was going to run out of water too fast, but that was because of the initial fill-up of the device itself. A bottle of water lasted longer than we ever thought (at least 8 hours or more). My wife stated she could tell the difference when she walked in to the room. It also did not make a water mess everywhere. Additionally, it has a cool looking light so you can tell if it's misting or not.
It's size makes it perfect for travel. Just make sure you put it someplace where it would not get knocked over as it's top heavy with the water bottle on top.
Highly recommended.
