Reasonably quiet whole-house humidifier
Strengths: reasonably quiet; humidifies whole house
Weakness: can be too noisy to use in bedroom
This unit really puts out a lot of moisture, much more than smaller units used for single rooms. If you place it properly, it can humidify your entire house. I have used it with the Pro-Tec humidifier cleaner and the tank has stayed free of any mold or slime.

Seems to work...?
Strengths: I *think* the air has been more humid... haha
Weakness: Don't know how well it's working! It seems like it can't get to the right level of humidity!
I still need to play around with the settings on this, but it seems pretty basic. One controls the fan speed setting and the other controls the level of humidity. Once the desired level of humidity is reached, the unit shuts off until it senses it needs to bring the humidity level back (like ACs). Except, it *never* seems to hit the humidity level when I turn it past the 2nd highest humidity...

Good humidifier
Strengths: Good water storage. It can automatically turn the humidifier once it hit the desire condition
Weakness: need to put the Cap back carefully orther wise the humidifier wont' turn on.
