Strengths: Looks. Lightweight.
Weakness: Product runs but doesn't deposit any water in the holding tank. Terrible customer service by SoleusAir.
I have tried to reach a person at SoleusAir for over a week now, but still no luck getting a real person to talk to. I emailed the company, and was emailed back that I was to call an extension at the company. Each time I attempted to call this extension, it immediately went to voicemail. I have left numerous voicemails, but still no call back. Frustrating to say the least.
