Outstanding product
Strengths: Nice design, quiet for a dehumidifier, no trouble with the emptying bucket, control buttons are well placed, great warranty. High quality construction.
Weakness: Heavier than other dehumidifiers, but that's unavoidable because of the quality of the construction and is remedied by the ease of mobility on the casters.
I love this Alen74 pint dehumidifier. I need to run it constantly, and I can comfortably leave my home knowing that it is doing the job. There was an initial problem with my purchase, and the customer service was prompt, courteous, and thorough. After trying another highly rated brand,I chose to buy this one as there was a huge difference in the quality of the product. I would highly recommend...
