Might buy two!
I actually did my shrimp boil in this XL one. It fed five adults easily, with some left over. Shrimp, sausage, potatoes, corn, onions, mushrooms, all in one pot. I only wish it was made stateside and not CHINA!

Cooks really good
This fryer is really great. I fried a 20 lb turkey it cooked perfect. I love it so much I bought my brother one because he cooks turkeys for other people, it is so much easier than using the outdoor fryer and less mess. It is also great if you have a large party and you cook hot wings, it cut the cooking down. You can also steam crab legs, steam lobster tails and steam shrimp. I love this fryer.

This product is wonderful. It is easy to use and easy to clean.
I love the timing feather, the oil release, the storage compartment. My turkey was cooked to perfection. I received compliments on its appearance and taste, so I am very pleased with my purchase. I would highly recommend this cooker.
