Great coffee, but stick with the basic machine.
Strengths:
Great tasting coffee, larger water reservoir than basic machine, adjustable strength
Weaknesses:
Silver color is simply painted plastic. "Adjustable" height only goes lower than basic machine's. Expensive.
Posted Nov 17, 2007 - I love Senseo coffee, and have done so since I got a free basic machine from Senseo on a marketing program a year ago. I saw this machine on clearance at a BigBox retailer for $41, and it had a $25 rebate; otherwise, it is not worth the $140 list price. $90 maybe. If it was metal, and the adjustable height went up instead of down, a higher cost would possibly be justified. The reservoir is also more difficult to seat properly than the basic machine. The included coupons for free Cappucino and tea pods (expire 12/31/07), travel mug and pod-keeper were nice touche see more

A nice piece for the kichten
Strengths:
Stylish, easy to use, easy to clean, brew fast
Weaknesses:
loud, sometimes it leaks, coffee might now stonge enough.
Posted Oct 29, 2007 - I really love this coffee machine, it is easy to use and almost no clean up to do, all you do is throwing away the coffee pod. Coffee pod comes in different flavors, sometimes coffee might be not strong enough for heavy coffee drinker.
