Easy to use
Strengths: Makes great espresso. Consistently produces a crema. Can make ristrettos.
Weakness: Frothing wand is difficult to clean to my satisfaction. Seal on removable water tank in back makes me nervous about leaks. When the seal gives out I fear it will fry the machine or worse--kill me.
I like the fact that this machine is NOT automated. This allows the user to be in control of the shot, giving one the flexibility to draw a full shot or a ristretto. The pump makes the machine rattle a little too much for the espresso cups to sit still. I also like the fact that this machine does NOT have a built in water filter, like many machines do.
