I just received my CUISINART PERCOLATOR and our first percolated coffee was outstanding. We grounded fresh whole beans that gave us a great taste. Our first guests to taste our new coffee were very impressed. We tossed our old drip coffee maker. Highly recommend this product. You won't be disappointed.

Strengths: good coffee, compact, convenient

This is my second Cuisinart perc. The first one didn't make it to the end of its warranty period, and after about 4 years max the replacement is also dead. I believe it's the heating element. I liked it a lot, but too its a shame that new appliances end up in the landfill so quickly - definitely not good for the planet! I won't buy another. Coffee stays hot longer without burning

This percolator makes much better coffee than conventional auto drip units. As the coffee brews it's recycled back over the grounds for a much richer flavor. It makes a restaurant quality brew.
