High Maintenance
Strengths:
Ease of use to make coffee, great taste. We have two machines, 1 @ the office, the other @ home.
Weaknesses:
Takes a lot of daily cleaning, things tend to get stopped up. Use a q-tip to clean out nozzels, it
Posted Jan 12, 2008 - Overall OK, poor design on tank cover, hard to get off, falls in tank a lot. Yes you wash out a pot or urn everday, but this requires q-tips and you must use the cleaning disc daily if you brew Latte

The best coffee at home!!
Strengths:
You really can make an awesome latte at home, with steaming your own milk. This machine is replacing frequent trips to starbucks in our home! So easy to use, easy to maintain.
Weaknesses:
Finding t-discs locally, hopefully as the product becomes more popular they will be at the grocery!
Posted Dec 16, 2005 - Not only is this a nice looking coffee machine, but it is functional and produces a perfect latte, hot cup of tea, regular coffee or hot chocolate. All with easy to use T-discs. Pop in the t-disc and push a button, it really is that easy. You have the option of adding more water to your own taste. NO milk needed for a PERFECT latte, it's in the t-disc, no refrideration required. I don't know how they do it, but it works!
