Weakness: Doesn't clean your clothes
This washer does not distribute the small amount of water it uses throughout the clothes. I could still smell body odor in the airpits of my shirts and towels did not smell clean at all. I read the manual from front to back, had the right "HE" detergent, etc. Buy a front loader or something else, but this washer (& the tech used for the no agitator) does not work!
