Posted Dec 28, 2003 - This product was purchased for a senior citizen and it has been wonderful! It gives back some independence where there use to be frustration with a simple daily function of opening jars. Now this can be done without assistance and it is wonderful. The product operates very simply and is very efficient. We recommend it to anyone of any age. It is much safer than running hot water over jars to open them or trying to use knives to pry open the seals. This is the safest thing around and everyone should have it in the kitchen! I wish they would have come up with see more
