Strengths: Very convenient

Weakness: plastic parts deteriorate as fast as they move

I bought my rocket blender in December, we used it maybe 8 times, tops. We love the convenience of the different size cups and that its easy to clean. To my surprise and disappointment, the little plastic grooves inside the spinner melted in front of my eyes. I did not get a manual and don't know who the manufacturer is. Love My Bella Cucina

Strengths: Works great, blends very well, makes very smooth, creamy textured drinks.

Weakness: I don't see any weaknesses.

I've been using my blender for two years. It makes great shakes and smoothies. Mine came with complete instructions. It has served me very well. No problems at all until yesterday, when the gasket came off during operation and wrapped around the blade. Now the gasket is damaged and leaks just a little. I'm trying to find replacement parts now.

Strengths: Pulvarized everything down to an awesome smoothie!

Weakness: Inside spinner thingy wore away and now will not work.

I would like to find a way to replace the part that wore away. The part that spins inside has worn away (It is stripped). We got it for Christmas started using it mid January. It made super smoothies. Today is Feb 21, so you can see it didn't last for long! We are so bummed. And now I cannot find a way to get the part.

No Instructions!!

Strengths: Price is better than it's competitors.

Weakness: No instructions!!!!

I think it will be fine but I have to guess on how to take care of it. I have used regular blenders before and they make it perfectly clear that you need the proper amount of liquids to have it work properly. My problem is that there was no instructions in the box. I tried to send Bella Cucina an email but the address they gave on their website came back undeliverable.

Rocket Blender - Still Skeptical!

Strengths: Much cheaper than it's competitors and it includes several glasses.

Weakness: No instructions on how to do anything (other than a few recipes it has included).

We've only been using the product for a week and it makes EXCELLENT smoothies, but after reading other reviews, I'm skeptical as to how long it will last. I only gave 3 stars until I use it longer to see if it lasts or wears out like everybody else's.
