Ultra Quiet Operation is misleading and wrong
Strengths: Relatively easy to install
Weakness: Ultra LOUD!!
We bought this a/c to replace an older one which had become very noisy with age. I was horrified that the "ultra quiet operation" claim was totally false. Even with the baby monitor on the highest setting, I can't hear my baby cry from down the hall. I am beyond disappointed!!
