Strengths: Does what it needs to. Removable from sleeve, for simpler installation through-the-wall
Weakness: The filter slides up to clean, so don't mount it too close to a ceiling.
It looks pretty good in the spot I cut in the wall for the unit, and the air conditioner unit went in easily, without any unexpected trouble. I've installed three of these of various sizes now, and will buy again, as needed for business.
